Role
MontyCloud is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sourcer with 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed, accurate job descriptions.
- Leverage various sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical expertise, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback and communication.
- Negotiate offers and oversee the smooth onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices in the IT and technical hiring space.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sourcing and hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
